Do we need a guide for the Skirn trek?

The journey towards the Skirn top is full of dense forest and wild adventure. You can easily trek on your own in the daytime on a proper human-made road, the Sheperd route or the Pilgrimage route. Once you reach the last Village of the trek you need someone who can guide you through and explain to you all the details of the Valley and the wildlife of the area. So try to hire someone for the trek or connect with other trekkers so you won’t be left alone in the wild. You can also hire potters and guides from the starting point so you can easily set up good camping and enjoy the surrounding views. If you are traveling in a group then you just need to carry some dry ration and water supply for the night. You won’t see any tents and water sources on the top so try to carry your food and water and camp near the temple and keep your food away from the tent to avoid the attention of wild animals. The temple is sacred and connected with local beliefs and Pilgrimage has strong beliefs towards the god and goddess of the temple. So try not to hurt the locals. The local guide will help and explain to you all the necessary things and you can connect with villagers for the rules and regulations of the area and temple.

IMPORTANT:- Keep the Valley and the temple clean and avoid non-veg and plastic waste.
